Welcome to Evolve Scuba. By booking a course, trip, or service with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your place in a course, trip, or program.

  • The balance is due before the start of training unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are accepted through our secure online system or approved payment methods.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Student cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. With advance notice, bookings may be rescheduled to a later date (subject to availability).

  • No-shows: Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiture of all fees.

  • Instructor cancellations: In the unlikely event we cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety, or operational issues, you may choose a reschedule or a refund of unused portions.

3. Student Requirements

By enrolling in a course, you confirm that you:

  • Meet the minimum age and certification prerequisites for the chosen program.

  • Are able to swim and maintain basic fitness standards.

  • Will complete a medical questionnaire honestly and provide physician clearance if required.

  • Agree to sign a liability release and assumption of risk waiver before training begins.

4. Equipment Use

  • Beginners may use rental equipment provided.

  • Students are responsible for the care and return of rental gear in good condition.

  • Advanced and technical divers are encouraged to use their own equipment, which must be serviced and dive-ready.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • Safety is our highest priority. Students must follow instructor directions, agency standards, and safe diving practices.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue training if a student’s behavior, fitness, or attitude jeopardizes safety.

  • Use of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances before or during training is strictly prohibited.

6. Certifications

  • Certification is earned, not purchased. Students must demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and judgment to agency standards.

  • If additional training is required beyond the standard schedule, extra fees may apply.

7. Trips & Travel Programs

  • Trip deposits are non-refundable.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for protection against cancellations, delays, or unforeseen events.

  • We are not responsible for airline issues, lost baggage, or third-party travel disruptions.

8. Liability

Scuba diving carries inherent risks. By participating in training or trips, you acknowledge these risks and agree to hold Evolve Scuba, its instructors, and staff harmless, except in cases of gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, training outlines, images, and website content are the property of Evolve Scuba and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your State, Country]. Any disputes will be handled in local jurisdiction.
